ive had mine for a few months now and have quite a few games, some better than others, Lair i liked.. a motion controlled dragon game.. very cool but awkward at times.. but truth be told i brought the ps3 for 1 game and 1 only, GTA IV .. cant wait, kayne and lynch will do for now :)

enjoy your new toy, apart from heaps of firmware updates,(which are all worth it imho)it is a primo piece of kit, i thank god every day i got a fully kitted 60gb ps3..

if this becomes available for sale, i'd grab a couple, with the hope of a clock port or even zorro slot in future revisions! its a good idea and with the space of a modern tower or desktop case (even low profile) the expansions would be almost limitless, very nice idea!

this movie should be based on the ORIGINAL alien/ predator book series by dark horse.. , i LOVE the dark horse comics predator and alien comics and have followed them all since the first monthly ALIENS comic (1995?)was published each month, which contained several trade paper storys in each issue sorta like a serial .. anyways i think the next series sequal should be a predator one (maybe coldwar?)...aliens saga has become tainted i feel, riply should have stayed dead ..
so heres hoping its an earth war

just seen the 1st two episodes of sothpark season 11 and was floored! not only does cartman fight a midget but he ends up getting taken down a peg or 4 by BUTTERS!

has anyone else seen ep1101: with apologies to jesse jackson or 1102:cartman sucks? what were your thoughts and fave moments?

in a perfect world we would be able to run os4 on any hardware we desired (or thought worthy) unfortunitly this isnt a perfect world and really we are relying on people that are running on dedication and not really driven by the dollar,

personally i cant wait to see "Black Sheep" and "28 weeks later" (robert carlyle YEA!) but yea i do agree the state on horror is rather bad..

oh the new Romero film is out next year.. Dairy of the Dead about some film students that are filming a horror film that get caught in a Zombie apocalypse and My name is Bruse starring bruce campbell, he plays a guy passing through a small town who gets mistaken for Ash from the Evil dead movies and has to defeat a demon or sommit..

yep sure can be a cow to play but i always felt that way with all the Alien Breed games.. guardian and BB:TA are always the ones i go back to...and they get insanely difficult

watch aja's uncut version of the Hills Have Eyes, have to admit its the 1st remake in a long time ive been impressed with a remake, and for the life of me cant figure out why this lost out to Hostel at the box office.. this is gore and decent soundtrack and gore
have to say seeing the great greg nictrero as a mutant was cool too.. (the better 3rd of KNB effects)

watch a few miyazaki films too namely princess monoke (sorry if its spelt wrong ...32 hours up so far) damn good was bit miffed it was the english only version,
and the other was nausicca and the valley of the winds, luckly the un-edited japanese original both amazing as expected..better than any euro animation ..

next on the list is the exorcist which ive never seen and
i managed to track down an original pre directors cut dvd of bladerunner... .. thats one directors cut i did not like..

i though akiko emulation was still a bit iffy .. i own a few original CD32 games..lil devil ,tower assualt ,high octane
and bubba and stix i wouldnt mind trying ..i tried a few years ago to play the games in a a1200 with a dc-rom and sucsess was limited to a long wait and a short crash dont have the 1200 anymore but hey i have an old AF with the latest UAE so i might try that

i have tried one non gvp IDE product with my a500 and it was called AD-IDE the same company did an 010 (ad-speed) and a AD-RAM expansion that took your amiga up to 2mb chip and 4 fast through the trapdoor.. ahh the good ole days.. (for the life of me cant remember the companies name) if i remember rightly it was an aussie company... :-/

not that im aware of, although someone has mentioned a scsi<->ide adapter on IRC, personally i think amiga and scsi goes togeather like pea's n carrots

i have 2 with true 030's not the EC (with no built in MMU) both with 8mb ram and FPU's .. on top of that i have a GVP HD+8 with 8mb ram (and the XT card).. and 2 T-Rex II a4k/3k accelerators.. im in love with GVP :D
