@zzd10h

We will ensure that AmigaOS 4.x is capable of running this game.

@amigakit

You can thank Costel Mincea, new operational director of Hyperion to make this happen.

I myself pledged 500 EUR from my personal funds to make this happen (Kickstarter).

@all Please consider endorsing this Kickstarter campaign if you want to get this game on AmigaOS 4.x.

Certainly not but features like SMP will obviously not be of relevance on single core machines.

This is one of the development goals for AmigaOS 4.2.

Once Hans-Joerg Frieden has completed Warp3D support for the Evergreen range of AMD Radeon HD (5xxx/6xxx series), work on Gallium3D will accelerate substantially.

You are mixing up support of an ISA with support of device drivers.

You don't need to support new device drivers if you chose carefully what to support in the past.

I know you are a betatester so you should now better ;).

Colin Wenzel and Tony Wyatt made very important progress e.g. a new, much cleaner, robuster, faster and simpler interface for Amiga file systems.

Until now you had to be some kind of übergenius to be able to write a filesystem for AmigaOS.

Just one example of many.

@DaveP

1. There are no American shareholders of Hyperion Entertainment prior or after the settlement nor any option holders.

3. Hyperion and Cloanto have an excellent relationship and in any event the settlement agreement does not affect Cloanto's rights.

@DaveP

The AmigaOS 4.x development can only proceed at the pace allowed by the resources available to the development team.

I believe this is what the message was.

The most obvious way for people who are interested in seeing a more rapid evolution of AmigaOS 4.x development, would be to buy Hyperion products.

Nonetheless AmigaOS 4.x development is proceeding all the time and very nicely with several very major milestones within reach in Q4 of 2009.

Nonetheless more resources would mean a faster pace of development.
