yet again, too little information here... i need version numbers of the stuff etc and a series of pages which causes this.

The games works (if they worked for you on os4 pre4) so if they dont work now then its a user fault (copying libs/mixing stuff etc)..

I suggest thoose who have problems with this, reinstall the game, it will save you alot of time

To make things easier for us who needs to report the problems... can we start a new thread plz?

One thread without answers in it...and ofcourse one with just OS components.

This way, we can address them fast and hopefully get them solved.


PS: i added quite a few tonight (into bugzilla) but this thread is quite a mess and hard to follow.
(before i added i verified but not everyone is described good etc...so describe better guys and stay clean)

Scrolling bug is not a bug but a feature, it will stay like that till a rewrite of WB is done.

The Drag n Drop bug was a well spotted one, will get it fixed.

But can you liscense out theese games to be ported to OS4 by others.

I guess it will require time too but i can always loan an a1 of mine out to a good Amiga programmer with lots of time for such a task (ie porting hyperion games to os4).

Please explain better.

I have dragged and dropped into (rawbinfo) icon information for several hours in a row now and i can't find this problem :I

As for images not wanting to be copied, sounds like someone has messed with the protection bits or?.

Fill in the gap and if i can reproduce what you say then i will do a bugzilla report.

Also, feel free to disable rawbinfo (wbstartup) after you found a problem and see if it happens when rawb is disabled

**Edit: Just noticed that indeed some of the icons in the Mason 32bit collection simply aint copyable with drag and drop. Will let mason know asap!.

back to topic, I cannot reproduce the problem people mention here but i use the line above and that works fine for me and so it should for you too.

and use this version: LhA 2.12 AOS4 Mar 13 2006
