@Jack

Battlebread! Of course. Okay, one more to get glasses, I thought it was a battleaxe. You often see what you expect to see.

@spotUP

amaroK is the media player that comes with KDE.
Aren't Eagleplayer replayers and DeliTracker players very similar? That still may not really help if the player sources are gone though.

@walkero

Have you tried AHI 4, it is optimized 68k assembly code and hence faster than later ones. I used to play mp3 without any mixing (DeliTracker / mpega), since I'm not sure I can hear the difference between 44336 Hz and 44100 Hz.

@nubechecorre

The September 2005 version makes sound output more likely... I just tried the demo and it worked well for the few minutes that I played it.

A recompile wouldn't hurt.

@abalaban

The >>| button is in fact for last tune, what happens if you choose in menu Edit/Next Tune?

Re: Problem with playing local mp3 files

This is also basically about local file playback, well, stuff that doesn't matter really with net playback:

- the "reorder playlist" selection doesn't do anything
- not 100% sure of this, but shuffle mode seems to be a bit silly, since it does start to play a track as many times
- when shuffle is on and repeat is off (I think), the progress of the playlist sometimes breaks - not necessarily at the bottom-most item - suggesting the user to reshuffle

These with TuneNet from 15.1.2007, and latest OS4 (July update). I'm mentioning these partly because I'd like to hear if it's consistent with other people's experience or more rare, partly because I wouldn't mind hearing that they have been fixed in the current program code.

May the source be with you

Is there any last.fm software for AmigaOS? I know there's a MorphOS AmigaAMP plugin, Amiscrobbler.

@acefnq

FPSE exits cleanly if spunull.dll is used. With sound output, it always freezes on exit; ahi problem?
