I will test the cable even I don't think it is the culprit.
When I stop all tools related to internet, do a netshutdown and an addnetinterface, all is working.

I often have this problem when there is a lot of traffic but not only, even when there is no traffic.

Tou wrote about borked internet prefs, could you tell me more ?

I will described here a problem that I had with OS4 for ages and more often since OS4.1.5.
It seems a (bit) common problem as I read some posts about it.

Whatever my uses of internet (torrent, ftp, web...), I regularly got this error:

PING 192.168.0.1 (192.168.0.1): 56 data bytes
ping: sendto: No buffer space available
ping: wrote 192.168.0.1 64 chars, ret=-1

This the result of a ping to my router configured in OS4 as my primary dns server.

I thought that the fault could be my router but I have just tested it with my phone in wifi mode. I could download some files.

I would want to know if someone has found a solution for that.
Here are some values stored in Envarc:roadshow/tcp
do_timestamps = 0
do_win_scale = 0
mssdflt = 1460
recvspace = 65536
sendspace = 65536 (added recenttly to see if something would change :( )
use_mssdflt_for_remote = 0

I think that your size partition is beyond the limit of SFS, no ?
For example, i f you sfs/02, the limit is about a bit less than 1000Gb.
When you want to format a partition with a too big size, you obtain the error you have.

You are right...but here it is OS4.1.5 the culprit.
That's why I reinstalled my backup of OS4.1.4.

When the problem arises, I have the router "out", no ping.
I switch the router off and on with no success.
I have to do it AND shutdown the net and restart it.
After some minutes, the problem is back.
After doing the treatment a lot of times, I gave up and reinstalled 1.4.

I don't know why and I woul be glad to know why.

As I wrote on an another forum you began, I have this problem too.
I have a SAM Flex 800 and now with Amiga OS 4.1.4.
It is not a hardware problem.

I hope there will be a solution, may be OS4.2.

I tested your program on a SAM flex 800 (OS 4.1.3).

First, it didn't hang, good point !
I used it especially to test the image insertion in mp3 files.
That worked but when I first tried on some mp3 files, after multi select them, I had a warning "Version 2.4 not possible". I am sorry this is not the exact message.
I had to click ok for each file in the selection but the image was inserted however.
I remarked that your program is long when it tries to search if an image already exists or when I delete the file from the selection.
It only happens to the files I changed and not to the files which had already an image attached.

I don't understand the interest to duplicate buttons in your gui, the two below ID3V1 and ID3V2 labels. The buttons to the right seem to have the same meaning.

Does your program use templates like %n, %P, %i or whatever to create automatically the names of the files, artist or album reagarding the mp3 filenames?

As you are told, you must modify the tooltypes.
First you must have installed the radeon driver and not voodoo in devs/Monitors.
Then you select the icon and icon/information in the workbench menu.
At last, you modify then the values and save.

Voilà.

well the title almost says all.
Since a few days (since the change of my router), I have had some problems to use FaceBook (and all links to it from other sites). All is blocked, i.e. trying to connect with no success and I have no error message.

I tried to change the dns from my ISP to those of Google. Nop.
I tried to remove some or all cookies of Fracebook and I could only click one or twice.
I changed the cookies preferences (not to save cookies). The cookies
are saved (bug of MOWB ?) and the same history happens.

Finally, I tested a little with Reaction OWB and it seems to be the same.

I am in France. Did anyone experiment the same ?
Any ideas for this strange behaviour ?

Well, I had this kind of problem, it is surely due to an error in your smtp configuration, password or not, the port. If you use the same configuration as before, so you isp could change its configuration.

For me Snapshot is useful but save clipboard, no.
I don't see the interest, a amiga+c and amiga+v does the trick.
I tested on a web page with these two methods.
Yours forgot the umlauts (is that the correct word ?) like ? ? ? ?, etc...
For example, the french word repli?s is copied into replis.

A bug, I am sure.
