can i suggest to made the dev kit of nova as free distributable? this will increase for sure the developing of nova compatible software and a consequence will be more user registration .

Probably the only way for have old BE software working will be wiht a qemu-user mode. I dont know if kvm-pr there will gave the opportunity to have BE system too. if yes will be more simple a swap.

5xxx and 6xxx are not SI boards,
the SI are 7xxx and the Rx series. and yes on Linux PPC no 3D is working just the 2D accelerations because i found a "workround" for have it running there

Guys probably you dont know one thing
amigaOS is the only one PowerPc OS who have a working SI GLES2 3D ... On Linux PowerPC the RadeonSi is not working and i think will need time for have to be fixed.
After many years we can say we have something working that others dont have thanks to Aeon and Amigakit investments

I dont think will be simple have AmigaOs on Power8 or Power9... because this cpu are Little Endian... It means all the software in Os4 depot,aminet and somewere will be need to be rebuild ad endianess fixed.

Will be more simple for us have a machine based on e6500 in future.

it make build and running in emulation mode and emulator work on bigendian too . here in emulation i have a powermac 5100 performance not bad for use most of MacOs 9 software.
