Thanks, but if it is not important for AmigaOne user (by that I undestand OS4 users) then why the new version is available for OS4 only?

If it was so simple you could have probably bought it with Linux since yesterday.

I doubt this is an April Fool Joke. If it was then I guess ACube wouldn't be taken seriously in future.

@thread

Thank you for some feedback. Is there any difference in a way game looks when comparing to the screenshots available at the project's website?

Recently on OS4Depot a preview of Dream Deal has been uploaded. Is it something promising or being almost unnoticed suggests some crap? Could anyone provide some screenshots of the preview but different from those on project's website?

@Billsey

I thought the same but how to explain that Prokom bought shares of Amiga Inc. from ITEC? Itix on AW.net made a point that there probably was somekind of sold back going on.

@Billsey

Yes, but all this means that ITEC didn't sell everything to KMOS (or rather KMOS didn't buyout ITEC). This seems a bit on the contrary to what Bill McEwen said.

After reading the documents it becomes clear to us that they didn't buy any shares from Amiga Inc.
They bought them from ITEC LLC.

Can somebody explain what ITEC is about?

Prokom bought shares from ITEC LLC. Amiga Inc. directly didn't sell anything. ITEC LLC had a stake of Amiga Inc. shares and he sold it to Prokom. ITEC LLC was a shareholder and after buying shares by Prokom the latter is now a shareholder.

I think it makes sense ;)

Who is ITEC LLC? ITEC LLC is a company which Bill McEwen mentioned when answering 25 questions in September (question 2).

@NTN

The whole operation was finalized in February 2006. More info in this document from London Stock Exchange.

Besides, that is the 2005 report (?!?!)

So what? It just proves that Amiga Inc. were in cooperation with Prokom even earlier.

According to the annual report of Prokom (polish company), the company bought 800 000 shares (i.e. 2,3% of all assets) of Amiga Inc. (USA). They paid 2,5 USD per each share. Among the company's achievements is the creation of a universal operating system platform enabling software IT applications to function in all kinds of mobile devices irrespective of their type and vendor. Prokom Software SA intends to cooperate with Amiga Inc. for instance in the distribution of Amiga Inc. system among polish software and mobile equipment vendors.

@Swoop

There is an article in Total Amiga 24 about Wacom tablets (I assume that you misspelled the brand name in the subject of your post). It is said that you need Poseidon 3.x to fully support all the functions given by the tablet. On AmigaOne and OS4 (and presumable its native USB stack) it works as a mouse replacements only (no absolute positioning supported in this case).

Re: FBlit help

@kvasir

Not directly through the FBlitGUI. I assume that it works the way that putting there MUI applications is mostly the same as putting their the components used by the application. But don't quote me on that. But my experience shows that when you do everything wisely you will not run out of Chip memory.

My example:
I use YAM, Miami, DOpus4, Newscoaster, IBrowse. All these are MUI application (except DOpus). After running them all I still have free more than 1 MB of Chip memory. Screen I use has a resolution of 640x512 (8 bit) and a wallpaper.

Re: FBlit help

@kvasir

In FBlitGUI there are tabs and one of them contains two lists. You need to put the name of the task of your program into appropriate list. Include list means programs which will be allocated in Fast while Exclude list means programs which can not be in any way allocated or influenced by FBlit. It is written in manual.

Important thing is that the program you want to put into Fast memory has to be executed. Then you need to execute FBlitGUI and select its name from the menu (under the lists) and put it on the appropriate list. Then save the prefs and reboot. Since now program you selected will or will not (depends on the list) be allocated in Fast.
