i am wondering if ther is an hot key combination to terminate a running program, i know it can be done with exorcist.but i am think more like "alt" "crtl" "D" like with shell scripts. it works fine with winxp when press "ALT" "F4"

if ther is no way to do this. maby the friden broters can note it down to do it a later on...

i have a problem with amiupdate.
first of all i have not used my amiga for 14 days and when i booted it up it complaind about my 30 days tiral for warppng.database or something. then i could not use the left mouse bottum. i rebooted it and delete from a shell wiuth no startup sequence.

then i tyet ami update but it says,cant create the gui have you installed the images ????

whats whong and how to fix it

there has been rumers about "STEAM" to linux. that enegine would bring alot of fun to the platform if portet.
and yeah ports,ports,and ports, i rater see something new and unike, something that was made on amiga x1000.

ther is allso an hope on aplex design front.
ther made payback and iff ther making a new game agen i hope that it will be done on amiga x1000

as fare as i know. acube system boys were doing a game called "maim&mangle" with has newer offcial has been stopped but put "onhold" maby it will come with greater power/gfx after the realese of the x1000 and same 460 !!!

i my self is about starting to do some programming. i am reading cisco and doing som visual basic. i ask my teacher about doing som ASM but he said that i shall not waiste time on it. do some more vb and then for some C++ or embedded C. if i want to do something that requere optimizeing of the hardware.

i have no intrast in 68k apps on mac,we can always devleop new classics 68k apps and run it with jith.even if ther is no point to do so...but still allways a happy thing when new software come to the platform.... whot bout an ppc version insted. maby some kind of witual box.... the amiga one x1000 will or shoud be fast anuf for ppc mac software i think and hope...

hey hans i wonder how things is going on with the drivers. i mostly hope your working on the 4350 drivers for the amiga platforms sake,with the new x1000 comming up, i need modering gfx card, and hey the card is not so expensive, i think that all amigans will prefer the 4350 over the others,i hope you skip the time on the other cards,in fewer of the 4350 one,
wanna know iff thare has been any progress, i am thinking about become an beta tester, but i have the amiga one micro. will that work or will it crash and burn...i have the 4350 card in mind when i am talking about beta testning....

i didnt know ther was this issue with sam. i use amiga one micro and a "ps2" mouse and keyboard

firewire is faster and wee allready got usb1.1 and that is fast anuf for keyboard,mus,camrea and so on.if its the transfar speed that it the issue well do it over lan/network then...
i dont know iff wee have firewire driver.but iff its take all that time to get usb 2 ? weel lets start makting usb3 insted and lets wait a little longer with usb2,if usb 3 is getting priotated now.weel then i will be ready when evry thing is starting to get cheap...

wee payed for os 4.1 and when i open up the box one of the high ligts was the memory pageing/memory protection. but it wasent fully activated yet. and iff its allready been maked its just collecting dust in hyperions harddive. way not put it up front in the next realse

i remember one of the fridens talk about some kind of wall.
i dont know if the next step ind the memory update is the final solution. but if it comes out tomorrow then it is the final solution for me until next update or os realese...
