I don't think so. It seems it was recorded but not already uploaded. I was lucky to watched it live but I need to watch it again to get a confirmation on the renderer which will be use by gallium. (I think Steven talked about Mesa)

Well, official forums are focused on helping AmigaOS 4 owners. Not third party applications, it's a product support forum not a discussion one. I never saw a thread from someone who needed assistance locked by a moderator without help.

Don't need to explain why the comments are disabled on the blog, it would require a moderator, etc. We are lucky enough to have big community websites such as amiga.org, amigaworld.net and of course amigans.net. So it is better to freely discuss the news there.

By the way, Lyle Hazelwood is an AmigaOS core developer.

If sometimes hardware goes on sales without being finalised, it's maybe because money is needed to fund the missing software parts or it's just took more time than expected.

Moreover, there is no school to train a spokesman to deal with too enthusiastic Amiga fans as we are and to face ugly trolls every day...

I don't think this cable will help. (If I remember well, I already tested one on my microA1). It's not a problem of video card but of driver.

I don't think you will able to record anything from the svideo nor the composite as the driver does'nt support it.

You have to use a capture card which record from a vga connector.

Regarding your comment, We should have reported (well at least in my case) that the OCM version is slower than the regular one.

I will test the !ARMsi on the Sam tonight.

First the ocm version, then the standard one:

Clock rate: 2.9525 MHz
Clock rate: 24.149 MHz

High ROM access time: 329 ns
High ROM access time: 450 ns

Memory clock: 10.27 MHz (reported by OS)
Memory clock: 5.390 MHz (reported by OS) (!?)

Hmmmm... maybe, I don't know... is this the same chip as the julia PCI?

About overlay, my settings where borked. Replaced the old one with a freshly downloaded one and it works.
Having the control window not integrated with the video one is not a major problem but of course would be better.

I know that it's also possible to use it as a command line, I suppose I had to write, command line only version.

Just a suggestion, is it possible to use AISS image for the buttons when available?

There is a reaction gui for the command line one and the old one supports video overlay.

The new one has a better file supports and the GUI has more "real time" control on the video.

I guess that Elwood was asking if somebody has taken over the development of the command line version.
