@kas1e
From the unrar license:
Quote:

2. The UnRAR sources may be used in any software to handle RAR
archives without limitations free of charge, but cannot be used
to re-create the RAR compression algorithm, which is proprietary.
Distribution of modified UnRAR sources in separate form or as a
part of other software is permitted, provided that it is clearly
stated in the documentation and source comments that the code may
not be used to develop a RAR (WinRAR) compatible archiver.

Re: Memguard Hit when copying on USB key on AOS4.1U2.

I think it's CrossDOS.

Today i copied some movies from my PS3 to my A1 using a USB-Stick and something in OS4.1 Update 2 changed (during a read access!) a 250 MB mp4 movie in a 512 Byte file that looks like a part of a PNG image with some random junk before the PNG magic number.

It's bad but you can't do anything about it

They could try to use german, that does work perfectly for me.

Creating new drawers of WB: Just try to create a new drawer (with WB). That's it. It looks like that's random behaviour too. Don't know how to make that easier to happen.

That has never happend here.

Yes, it was someone with "Zero" in his name...

However, the idea itself comes from Rogue.

Yes, I'm currently using Term 4.8 (was always my terminal program of choice) in conjunction with SysLog to save the capture with date info. File transfers do not appear to work in Term on OS4 though - trying to initiate an Xmodem upload, for example, causing the system to lock up. I've read people blaming the XPR libraries in other threads, but it looks like Term is really the problem, as NComm uses those libraries too, and Xmodem uploading works fine with that.

It's a bug in the gtlayout.library, ask Cyborg if you want his fixed library (he has not released it because he might broke something else in the library).

- Is it usefull to install the SDK and use attach to GBD ???

From a users point of view: no.

Quote:

- GDB will give the exact line of code the problem is ???

Yes, but a developer is able to get this out of the crashlog.

Quote:

- The program tested must have a debug code inside or not ???

That's another story, normaly a programm is compiled with debug information, but not debug code.

@agafaster

To stop UBoot from scanning the internal channel:

1. Enter UBoot
2. select Integrated Peripherals
3. Internal IDE Controller: Disabled
4. save and reboot

Additionaly you could set a1ide_maxbus to 0 to stop OS4 from scanning the internal channel.

Is that something that must be fixed in the webkit engine, or is it something that should be fixed in the OS4.x port of OWB?

EDIT:
Fixed in OWB 3.28
