I have just put a Indivison 1200 AGA in my 1200 and it is working fine so I download some WBPattens from Aminet so I went into Prefs WB patterns and saved it so I have a nice picture on workbench but when I tried to go in prefs WB patterns to try a different picture which I click on the Icon but nothing happen and I even tried on other Icons in the pref draw and nothing happen. but if I went into the tool draw and click on a Icon say calculator, show config worked fine so I turn the Amiga off but it made no difference but everything worked fine before I changed the picture in the wb pattens. So I have tried many times to go back as it was but of course I can not open the WB patten Icon.

Just like to say I have up and running thanks very much and I did find amigakit very helpful.

I have just brought a Indivision AGA 1200 from amigakit but I seem to have a problem when I turn the Amiga on The green light comes on the floppy drive light does not flicker i have put a floppy disk in but nothing and the hard drive light does not too, but when I turn it on I can here the hard drive working any ideas? I` quite sure I have fitted everything corrected. Just looked on the floppy and a pin is missing could this cause the problem.

I seem to have trouble to get the CD working on my Amiga 1200 which I`m using AmigaOS3.9
When I put the squirrel CD Drive Install disc and click on Install then Click on novice user then proceed than clicked on squirrel SCSI & CD32/CDTV emulator to hard disc than click proceed then it starts working on installation.
Than about to run CD configuration program which everything is switched on and plugged in than click proceed than the device preferences pops up & the squirrelscsi.device is high lighted but the save is ghosted I have click on it but nothing happens. In the device preferences there is no CD drive listed on the right hand side.
Also the CD-Drive has its own power supply. I brought this off E-Bay

I have a Amiga 1200 which Iam trying to get on the Internet. My set up is PCMCIA project gold Ethernet card 2. running Amiga OS 3.9 and using Genesis. when I click on Genesis a login menu pops up, I log in and it says that Iam online but when I click on AWeb3SE it all loads up but when I put in a line say www.play.com I get an error:- Cannot open file "WORKBENCH:Internet/Aweb3SE/Cache/AWCD3E/000000FE" I have tried other web sites and their is a slight change the last /AWCD3F/000000FF

I found the screenblanker engine which was missing so I reinstalled it from the AmigaOS 4.0 CD and put it in the WBstartup. But when I go into SYS:Prefs/ScreenBlanker and settings after a time the screen goes blank and no saver but as soon as I move the mouse the screen goes back to workbench am I missing somthing?

I have installed a Subway usb controller on my Amiga 1200 PPC tower and I have a problem when I put a flash drive in a usb the flash drive flashes but there is no icon to tell me it is there, but when I take the usb flash drive out I get a message to say I have removed the flash drive. I have installed the software which came with the usb controller which is Trident when I click on trident it is saying the clockport is working and the usb is too. can anybody help me?

I have download a game and I have a icon which is a .exe file when I click on the icon I get a message saying the icon has no default tool as you can see I`m new to the AmigaOS 4.0 so what I`m asking how to I get this game to work?

I have install wordworth 7 on my AmigaOS 4.0 PPC and I only have one font is this normal or have I missed something out?
