we would like to inform you about an upcoming emergency maintenance in our Datacenter Strasbourg (EU).
This maintenance is necessary after the outage on October 14th in order to further optimize the quality and actuality of our infrastructure.

The maintenance will be carried out in the night from Thursday, October 22nd, 2020 to Friday between 10PM until 6AM CEST.
(For our international customers: CEST/Central European Summer Time = UTC +2)

During this time we expect a one-time network interruption of between 5 - 10 minutes.

Want to let you know that our DC technicians are still checking all the VPS nodes in a row because of the yesterdays outage.
We will let you know once the hostnodes will back to the production mode, so you will be able to check your server and
escalate any problems for a further troubleshooting.

As you probably already know, at 5pm (CEST) 14.10.2020 there was a power failure in a section of our datacenter SXB, which was caused by an error in the UPS (Uninterruptible power supply).In the meantime we switched the UPS into a bypass.The affected servers will be restarted step by step. Therefore it may take some time in individual cases until your product is available again.We are working with highest priority to make the services available again. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.
