If you in interest, i can compile a version, where i comment one string, which cause memguard HITs on OPEN/NEW state (but then, no MASK will works). Maybe that will help for you. Btw, are you have latest libSDL-1.2.so and latest minigl.library (which is not in public, but was on some game which afxgroup release some days ago) ? If not, i can also upload it for you (just to be sure).
I have the SDL library (just one .so file to copy to SYS:SObjs, right?) but I do NOT have the minigl.library. If you don't mind please upload that and we'll see if it helps. Thanks.

I still get the lock-up when saving.
One slight difference, the new save requestor now disappears when I click save (no file is saved though). Selected 'Save As', selected the filename, left it as 'save as PNG' and did NOT check 'add extension to filename'.
One thing I noticed this time, the second hand of the clock on my AmiDock (clock docky) quit moving when I hit save.
The the mouse cursor would move but trying to adjust the sliders on LodePaint had no effect. Clicking the mouse on the Workbench screen caused it to lock-up too. Three fingered reset had no effect.

I tryed to reproduce your problem, and on that moment not everything clear: Quote: - Click 'Save' - Nothing seems to happen - Wait several minutes - Still nothing seems to happen so I click the 'Cancel' and close buttons
Because if you can press Cancle, then you not press Save before (because after Save done, window self-closed). So, looks like you click one save too fast (yes, that suck), and it was do nothing, then you press changel, and by some unluck have freeze ..
Anyway, i already compiled latest version (with bug fixing which happenes over Valgrind cheker), but that HIT which i catch by memguard when i do "new/ok" are still here. So dunno, will it make sence if i will upload new version or not. If you in interest to try , i can upload it. If not, i will try to fix that HIT for first..
When I click 'Save' the button changes color as you would expect, but nothing else happens. The window stays open and no file is saved, not even a partial file. After waiting I'll try clicking the Cancel and close buttons but they do nothing, not even change color. I guess try fixing that HIT. Maybe we'll get lucky and it will fix my problem too.

Tried it twice with MemGuard running in the background. It locks up exactly the same way. 3 button reset does not work.

I'll try, but I don't think the "three fingered salute" works after my lockup.
Just tried again, 3 button reboot does not work. The only way I could reset it was to power off. I suppose 'dumpdebugbuffer' is no good after turning the power off?

@kas1e Quote: kas1e wrote: @RacerX Soon will try to fix it anyway. Will be good if you also can write exactly what minor-editing you do. As i understand, you do that:
-- open file -- scroll by mouse wheel to make all area visibly -- then do some editing (need to know what exctly and by which) -- then save_as -- then type path + filename, or just file name, or ? -- press save, wait, then lockup after mouse pressing.
OK, here's exactly what I do. (using 1024x768 screen mode) - Start LodePaint - Drag the window so it's at the top-left corner of the screen - Drag the sizer gadget (at the bottom right) so the window doesn't cover the Amidock - Load the file - Use the scroll bars so the big title on the right of the page is showing - Select the 'fill' tool - Adjust the setting (tolerance?) to about 50% - Right-click on the red parts of the title to turn it white - Scroll over to the small title and do the same thing - Sometimes I used the brush tool to touch up the titles, but I didn't last time - Select Save_As - Type a new filename "Cover1a" No path - Click 'Save' - Nothing seems to happen - Wait several minutes - Still nothing seems to happen so I click the 'Cancel' and close buttons - Nothing seems to happen - Click on the exposed part of my Workbench screen - Total lockup

@kas1e
First of all, thanks for porting this. It's simple enough I can actually figure out how to do stuff (unlike GIMP).
This version seems to lock up my system when I do a 'SaveAs'. I load an oversized jpg (I have to scroll to see the whole thing), do some minor editing, select 'SaveAs', enter a slightly different filename and click 'Save'. Nothing seems to happen. I wait a few minutes and try clicking the close and Cancel button on the requestor. Nothing. I click on the Workbench screen and get a complete lockup, not even the mouse cursor will move. Logo-Logo-Ctrl will NOT reset. Neither does Alt-Alt-Ctrl.
I tried it twice with the same jpg and it locked up the same way both times.

@kas1e Would it be hard to add a 'standard' file requestor? The one that comes with it is kinda hard to use. (I apologize if this has been asked before, I'm too lazy to read through 5 pages of posts! )

A few quick bugs I noticed on TW alpha.
The prefs window doesn't seem to work. It comes up (Alt + T then arrow keys) but I don't seem to be able to change any of the options (I only tried a couple).
The History window doesn't seem to work either. The devs probably already know this because the back arrow (next to the redraw button) is ghosted.
I had one tab open. I opened another tab (the green + button). The tab's title was "(Untitled)" but it seemed to be a copy of the first tab. I typed a URL into the address bar from the second tab and the title of the FIRST tab changed, the second was still (Untitled). I THINK they were both the same page but I don't remember for sure. I closed the first tab and was left with a blank untitled page.

How hard would it be to add an option for 'windowed mode' to RunInUAE?
As long as it didn't slow the program down too much I think I would prefer it to full screen.
