Some time ago I got a guru in my sam. I say a real guru the one on top of the screen with the red box. This gave me a strange emotion at the end a good remember.
Now we have Grim, definitely a better tool, but it has not this feeling.
I would ask the developers to do a simple modification on the grim top of the window. Pleas add a black line with written Guru Meditation. This is more Amiga

I did not wanted to force you doing something. I just reported a problem a I got, and I was asking if you were getting the same. If you are not interested in fixing it (if there is any fixing need) it is your problem.

got a problem with Fastview and Scalos:

under scalos clicking on a picture get the error Fastview_single.rexx unknown command.
Probably is something related to scalos. Have a check

Sorry for saying something probably already known, however I installed liveforit mplayer with the reaction gui (all default settings) and if I switch from full screen to window mode, because I have the transparent windows, the movie windows would remain semi transparent. By clicking on it, it become not transparent, but after few seconds the focus goes automatically to the gui window and obviously the movie window return semi transparent.

This is quite annoying. I don't know if it is a problem of player or the gui.

It is nice and I'm using it, however I would like it to be improved in the user page or by scanning automatically the prefs directory and adding the non standard pref programs/icons to the user page or activating the drag and drop to add prefs icons in the user page.

I still have to test this latest version (fastview), however on all the previous ones both on my SAMS 440 & 460 it very often freeze the system opening some pictures. I noticed that this happen only with small dimensions pictures.

I haven't installed the fix 2. Do I have to install it before fix 3?

I already reported, but think here is more appropriate.
One install/update script would help a lot (i.e. saving your bookmarks. If you forget to copy bookmarks.html somewhere else it is overwrite by the fresh install)
about screen still report 1.16. Sorry already fixed!

wonderfull job. It works fine. I want just point out a couple of minor problems:
At starting the about message still mention 1.16 version. (I went a bit in confusion!)
In the next release it would be possible to add an install/update script?

I have delete everything and reinstalled from scratch and it works fine now. Then was evidently something wrong on previous install.

Still one problem. I set up the def icon for MP4 to Mplayer. By clicking any mp4 icon it opens mplayer gui, but the file to be opened does not start. It remain with idle in the file name box. To show the movie I need to drop the icon file in the name box, and then it starts. I can't understand why it does not pass the file mane to mplayer

Well this is the same version that i used on the sam440. My suspect is that i have some library out of date. However i will do some test concerning the overlay.

After reinstalliyng the OS on a brand new ssd disk. I have a problem with Mplayer (Mui version).
It runs properly the files, but when is the moment to close the playing (dispite the fact that is at the end of the movie or is stopped by me) a DSI come out. Any grim choice I select, the system crashes and I have to reboot completely.
I tryed to reinstall it but got the same result.

Solved...I do not how, I played with the different MIU and OWB set-ups and then I tried again and it was working! Mystery!

Ok solved. I erroneusly deleted one file more than the need.

It is a couple of days that download do not work anymore. It opens the download window at the current tab and do not start the download. I tryed to uninstall odyssey and reinstall from scrartch and I have the same behaviour. Any hint?

Installing QT on my bare system become a nightmeare.
I downloaded the minimal version from Sourceforge, installed and do not work at all (I describe later) then I downloaded the full version (0.9.1) and reinstalled and do not work at all. I did the uninstall option and the reinstall and not working again. I removed everithing manually, directories, assigns etc and still not norking.

The icons do not run directly the programs but are prompting the execution window.
Once louched the program the libQTgui.so is missing. I could not find this lib in the unpacked files as well, the is logic that is not in my system.

PS can'tn be related o the fact that I do not have yet a graphic card on my 460 system and then I'm using the onboard one with 65Kcolors?

While i'm installing everithing from scratch on my new 460 system, i downloaded qt from the above link and it appear missing the qt directory (there is only the icon) !!!! I'm downloading the full version now!

I use codebench (HW) in a custom screen and calculator and edit construct window are opened on the wb screen!

Installed and works quite well. Wonderfull job!

The volume info shows the graph as always full, there is not the piece showing the free portion.
I also noticed that the additional gadgets are shown with the old style, when in the Kas1e screen shot are updated according the theme. Where can I get them?
Also the DOpus workbench screen message (the one with the amount of memory etc) has a solid background rather the transparent.
