Issues after installing OS 4.1 final
Not too shy to talk
Not too shy to talk

Hi Chris H

It was a great ANT meeting and happy with my Amiga OS 4.1 final
installation.
I have a few issues and one being your 'FolderSync2' which I have been
using a lot.
Since OS 4.1 final when I try to run it I het a window with the following
text:

"FolderSync2 will backup the folder "OS4.1:" to "OS4.1_backup:" using the
profile "main".
WARNING:  LastSync files do not match, so they have been ignored.
(Unique 1=1c453a54, unique 2=0)
WARNING:  FolderSync2 ended prematurely, leaving synchronisation in an
unfinished state.
Could not start synchronisation because of the above 2 WARNINGs.
ERROR:  Fatal file/dir error cHostDir.makeEntryList(); ExAll() failed"

Any ideas how to resolve this issue?

Another thing that bugs me I can run Filer if I double click on the icon
but I used to be able to run it
when I double clicked anywhere on the Workbench screen, this no longer
works, how do I resolve this?

Thanks in advance.

Mick

Was a good meeting, have now got OS 4.1 final installed but need to recover some stuff.

A favourite was a OS4 boot up sound but can't find it or remember what it was called, any ideas?

Is the file mounted with DiskImage? If so got yo SYS:System/DiskImageGUI and remove it. Then you can delete the original iso file if you want to.

Yes I believe it is, when I run Diskimage GUI it comes up in the list as Unit 4 ICDO No disk present, how do I remove it?

I unarchived an ISO for Live-Ubunto and it is now permanently on my Workbench screen and will not allow me to delete it, how do I delete it?

When go to information it tells me it is write protected and states I require a passkey to unlock!

I seem to remember doing something like this before but I can't remember how I resolved it, brain gone to mush lol
