Under the picture there is stated that Raoul brought two boxes of unused software which he gave away. I guess it's him.

And here you may find the report with pictures (sorry, the text is in polish only) and presentation of AmigaOS 4.1 made by Michael Carillo (37 MB, MP4)

Thanks to Jacek and his wife Magda ;)

@mailman

Well, I have to correct myself. I read the document carefully again (english is not my native language and reading legal texts is not my cup of tea) and concluded as follows:

As far as I understand, after the failure of judical settlement, the Court has 45 days to set the following deadlines of:
- Discovery cutoff
- Dispositive motion cutoff

and dates of:

- Trial Date
- Lodging Date

In my understanding the trial might be as well next year or in two years. It doesn't say that it is 45 days after the judical settlement. It only says that 45 days after the settlement the Trial Date has to be set.

Am I correct?

BTW, what is the Lodging Date? I looked up in several dictionaries and none of them defines this as a law term. I figured out that this is the date until which you can issue a motion of complaint to the sentence after the trial. Am I correct?

@Mikey_C

So the trial will happen if they don't come to agreement in October.

And one more thing...

3. If they are going to get to agreement (during the judical settlement) does the trial happen nevertheless?

So, to sum up everything in more undestandable language.

1. There is going to be a conference between Amiga Inc. and Hyperion on which Eyetech will appear. The conference will be held in October and will be conducted by the judge Kelley Arnold.

2. Up to 45 days after the conference (judical settlement) there will be a jury trial which will take up to 10 days.

Am I getting it right?

More photos from Enfield plus short report (in Polish).

Greetings to all the attendants and to Jacek and his wife who made an effort to be there, took photos and made them available for everybody (mostly on PPA).

@orgin

I see your point clearly but I think that idea behind OS4 Depot should stick to its guns. Otherwise there is not much sense in having seperate repositories (i.e. Aminet & OS4 Depot).

Well, finally you have got your own webpage. But it still lacks any functionality (thumbnails for wallpapers, thumbnails for downloaded archives (I would like to see what am I downloading)). But thumbs up and I look forward to the update of the website.

@MamePPCA1

In situation like yours I usually do something like this. On HD I set up the directory "MY_DISC" (it may have any name - it doesn't matter). Now inside this directory I build the whole structure of CD: I make directories, put files and so on. When there is about 700 MB of data in MY_DISC directory, using MakeCD a create image. In the appropriate field which you already used, I just put one path - a path to MY_DISC. The rest is already done. Easy, without trouble, everything organized as I want it to be ;)

@Kicko

Well, I thought that only plugins are released as LGPL. The rest of the application stays closed as before. So, you'd rather ask is anybody working on plugins to Epistula and not Epistula itself :)

The special edition of AmiKit distrubuted on CD was available for people to buy or was given away for free to anybody who was willing to take it? It looks marvelous :)
