Interesting! They should make KingCON the default Shell (handler), as I find OS3 virtually unusable without it :)

I don't think that would make sense because IIRC the original author had lost the source code to it, meaning that if any bugs show up they could only be fixed by disassembling and reassembling the existing binary.

Some news sites are apparently reporting Hyperion has announced AmigaOS 3.1.4.

@Chris

AmigaFrance doesn't say anything like that.

What I can read on AmigFrance is what we already know : Hyperion is working on an update of AmigaOS 3.1 that could be named 3.1.4.

And even the title of the news is misleading : "Hyperion announces Workbench 3.1.4 (and not AmigaOS 3.1.4)".

AmigaFrance unfortunatley doesn't know anything more than what we know on this topic actually.

"The X1000 onboad audio is supported .Since 2013 apparently "

OMG.. Thank You Sir.

For a brief moment there I was afraid I had forgotten to send something in. It would be a terrible shame if I had the only X1000 with audio drivers for these past few years.

Remember to breathe... :)
