Thanks guys that did the trick nice and fast now :) i take it that its because of the 9800pro not being supported with 3D ?

With "fully supported" you mean with 3D accel?
If so, than i think for now it's still a Radeon 9250 (i can be wrong though)

The fastest PCI gfx card not HD, some claim to be this one
Hercules 3DProphet Radeon 8500 128MB (no 3D accel, yet, i believe)

Or you can go looking for PCI Radeon HD cards, but you have to be lucky to have a hardware that supports it, my XE wasn't, it crashed as soon as the USB was loaded.

Also be sure to choose PCI (not PCI-e)...also remember that these don't have 3D acceleration support (yet)

For the AmigaOne XE, the best Radeon card supported is the Radeon 9000 Pro AGP.

On the AmigaOne XE Uboot is stuck in 2008 or so. It cannot know SATA controllers so you cannot boot from there.

If I'am not wrong the XE can boot from the sata controller,
but not from a sfs2 partition, only ffs or sfs

Yup your right changed to sfs and its booting fine so sfs2 is not a bootable filesystem
