Hello,
Although i have not been being busy working on the port of Gui4Cli to OS4 for some months, and do not plan to do before the end of summer, you will find a working beta executable here

There was something invented lately, dunno if it's of any use, it's called "Google"

The windows version is far ahead of the Amiga version
To know where this last is standing you should download from the 'essential' links given on
http://users.online.be/AD/

above the table (not in the table, these are just executables)

It is still pretty usable. I use it anywhere instead of arexx, as it is much easier to create a gui. (probably the simplest way on the Amiga)

@elwood

pleasant surprise to see this thread pop up.
Actually i have been working on the source this winter again
a version 3.8.8 is available
here
http://users.online.be/AD/

The source is now fully clean of obsoletes or deprecated functions.
I got rid also of all warnings except "differ in signedness"
I am sneakily updating it whenever i do ccorrect some error, or adding some functionality. As i don't get any feedback from users ...

I posted some more informaton on my Gui4Cli activity here.

http://www.os4coding.net/blog/josduchit/gui4cli-progress

I will add here that in complement of the "Common Menu" CM.gc described there i also developed a "Template.gc" gui with the gadgets i use most. Together with CM.gc all you have to program is the specific code.

I used it to develop an Amigaguide viewer, ( the links are visble as written, but are clickable ) blocks (of lines) can be easily selected & copied etc;
I guess not all functionality is there (yet) , but then you launch next or Multiview from a button.

I wanted to clarify (my) ideas on what would make Amigaguide more usable and powerfull: the ability to open/close sections and subsectionsof a treelike document., the automatic generation of an index and of sectional table of content.
In fact the only thing one needs (next to the automatic generations) is a second type of "link" the ILINK (from Insert Link)

Thanks for the update.
I would like to try Gui4cli but there are so many things to do in a real life :-/
When I found this thread without a clear sentence that it was available, I wanted to fill it
