I took some pics of my Amiga system in a new case today.

One of the cool features of this case is that having no backplate is actually a requirement. No problem there.

The system consists of a Sam440ep-flex 667 MHz board, 1 GB RAM and ATI Radeon 9250 graphics card installed in an Antec Skeleton case. The healthy red glow of the enormous fan (which is virtually silent) lets you know everything is working great.

This unique Amiga system will be at AmiWest 2009 available for you to see and test for yourself. See you there!

Hi @ssolie

One of the cool features of this case is...
Definitely solved air flow over the machine and that's cool!
Nice array of expansion slots and rack mounting.
I definitely would put this on my upgrade list. Thanks for the pics.

That case was designed for ppl that can't be bothered to put on pants or re-install the side panels on their case because their always changing things.

My Antec Aria cube case is a bitch to work with, I need to remove all my drives just to change the cell battery. That open skeleton case makes any changes or maintenance a breeze. Antec just came out with a smaller version, but it doesn't support full height cards.

Some will argue that it will pick up more dust, but then so will any case with fans sucking air.

Look, only one leg, count em, one!

Dusting has never been easier. I just take my can of air and blow off the dust.

I actually got the last one in stock at my local store (they have 3 locations) so it seems there are quite a few pantless computer guys around.
