Sounds like either the card doesn't like tha SAM, or youf PSU is not providing enough power.

The PSU have enought power (750W)

I think more in the PCI-PCIe adaptor, or the board don't like it.

Well, it is frustrating to see how others play around with the new Warp3D, but I hope it comes out soon for evergreen chips.

Furthermore my HD 6870 is almost two times faster than HD 7770.

I see the Uboot, and load the kickstar, but don't have disk activity after that and don't boot.

This may be a UBoot problem. I know of several instances where cards that work fine on other machines simply don't work in a Sam440. Hopefully a future UBoot update will solve this for you.
