Thanks.

And what about the power ?
350W... Would that be OK ?
Would it support higher PSU ?

The only problem I can think about is whenever your system is a sufficient load to switch it on (there were problems with 400W cpus in early days of A1). 350 should be ok (the minimum requirement is 300W, 250W could cope with the mobo afair , 235W not). Can you replace it by a different model in that store if you can't switch it on ?

I should receive a new 350W PSU (from www.aria.co.uk at a bit less than ?35 inc P&P) which should arrive sometimes this week.

And Yesterday... I finally managed to installed a brand new 400 GB HDD as DH0 (partitionned at about 2.5GB and the rest not partitionned yet), and managed to recover most data from the old HDD (now unplugged).

So far, I just lost a few settings, but I'm going to work on it further at the weekend.

In the meantime, it keep scanning the Bus when booting... (I have a Sil card). There in a settings in UBoot to disable it, but I forgot which one !

Anyone ?

Thanks.

It didn't work...

Also my KVM crashes the A1 !

I have my A1XE and a PeeCee (winXP_SP2) connected to a USB KVM. It used to work fine.
But since I reinstall OS4 on a brand new HDD, it doesn't anymore !
Exactly, when I switch from the A1 to the PC, the A1 still work. But then when I switch back to the Amiga, it froze completly (except one time, I don't know why)...

I'm getting a new PSU this weekend though I'm not sure that will make much difference... Then I will do more testing !
