Maybe a DNS problem on your side/ISP?

No not a DNS problem, it times out here after an very long attempt to connect, OWB constantly reports "failure when receiving data from peer" Chrome reports ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

OWB got through on third or fourth attempt.
