I beg your pardon! I can categorically state that you did not buy those items from us. We never sold scan doublers, flicker fixers or any such hardware (we sold a total of 2 monitors that we purchased from Weird Science at the end of what was to be their final Amiga show). We only sold a couple of Foundation CD's but as we never sold the other stuff then I would say that you have got the wrong company.

Our website was made for us by Epic Marketing who were based 10 miles from us in the next town. Unfortunately, this proximity resulted in many years of being accused of being the same company because "Amigans" could not think it possible that there could be two dealers in the same county! Of course, as Epic, Weird Science and Alive Mediasoft were the only companies publishing titles then we stocked what they all produced.

I must say after all these years I am fed up that I still have to explain myself and my company every time somebody "thinks" we were actually somebody else. Meanwhile the damage is done, again!

To clarify: All of our titles are and always have been originals. BUT, please note (History of Amiga part 2), that after all the "real" publishers f***ed off (can I say that with stars?) and left the Amiga to die it was left to a few companies to keep it alive. Apart from Hyperion, Weird Science and clickBOOM they were not having titles produced in an EMI type pressing factory. As such ALL titles by Alive Mediasoft (even the legitimate ones, and I can't tell you how much I lost on trade purchases from them as we rake up bad memories!) and most of the titles by Epic Marketing were produced on CDR. They were not pirate, they were produced by those small companies on the budget and available media of the time.

If anybody that is thinking of buying but wants to know more about the publisher and/or media production of a specific title before buying then please drop me an email and I will inform you before you buy.

John

As I said it was a long time ago and I could have been wrong about the supplier but the website looks the same so your explanation fits.

Sorry for any distress caused I purchase something from you in 2005 as I still have the e-mail receipt but it dose not include any details of what I ordered and I also purchased nightlong and napalm about that time which were originals so it may have been then I purchased from you and someone else which a website thats looked similar that I had problems with.

Thanks for taking the time to clear things up as I may be intrested in purchasing more amiga games from you in the future now the issue has been cleared up.

edit: the order reference from the e-mail I still have is Ref No: 10588 if that is useful.

It's these sutle warm connections that make you proud to be an Amigan!

Very nice clarification and summary here. And as far as I know you can say anything you want in *'s

If I did not have it, then I do now, as I have re installed it from your link.

After this, tried to run 1.1 of nightlong, and still get the same result?

ALSO

Could there be a conflict, if I have another warp library, or is warpemu totally seperate?

And, what warp libraries do you have in you Libs section on AmigaOS Partition?

Cheers

P.S. Feeble Files works? Moonbases works? etc. Why not nightlong?

How big was your install of nightlong? 130MB to HD??

Nightlong still not working, heres what I got below:

Was wondering if you/one could check your libs drawer, and tell me how many different versions of Warp you have in there?

As I seem to have this:

Warp3d drawer
Warp3d.lib
warp3dppc.lib
warpos drawer
warpsdl.lib

Am I meant to have all of these?

Also, while I am asking,

Got these rtg ones in my libs drawer:

rtg drawer
rtgami.lib
rtgc2p drawer
rtgecxtra.lib
rtgmaster drawer
rtgmaster.lib
rtgp96.lib

If you can tell me which ones I dont need, or shouldnt evenhave as part of my libs drawer, that would be awesome.

I have the Warp drawer
Warp3D.library
Warp3DPPC.library

rtg drawer
rtg c2p drawer

rtgmaster.library

More inportantly, have you got the correct versions for OS4.1?

The bog standard install was 130 meg.

I have set up another drawer called Q and put all the files from the cds into it.

The intro runs smoothly and in sync when I did this but didn't direct from the CD.

Wouldnt all the files from os4depot be for os4??

Or are there now os4.1 types and os4 type?

Anything found on OS4Depot should be fine.
How close have you got to get it working?

I have Napalm but haven't managed to get it working under 4.1.
