Jagged Alliance 2 - straciatella is now available for AmigaOS 4.0. This is a port of the strategy game "Jagged Alliance 2" by Sir-Tech software.

In the game, the player takes control of band of mercenaries in an attempt to overturn the corrupt government of a fictional country. See the Wikipedia article for more info. The port is based off the straciatella source project

This year's edition of the Codex Alpe Adria fair has been unfortunately cancelled. In its place, Radicadesign, with the collaboration of the Municipality of Papozze, is organizing a meeting called AIConf (Alternative Italian Conference) 2008, devoted to alternative platforms.

Spot ported a very cool game engine called Megazeux. It has a huge modding community and lots of cool games.

First pulic beta of AMuse gone into the wild.
AMuse is a frontend to Tunenet that is intended to act as a hierarchical
browser of your mp3 collection and basic Last.FM client.
Higlights:
1. hierachical browser for collection of tagged (and non-tagged) files
2. search within the collection
3. basic Last.FM client
4. cover download and display
5. playback of files and Last.FM streams via Tunenet
