That surprises me. I know that some games are playable with my Radeon 9000 pro that are too slow with a Radeon 7000 card, but the Radeon M9 in the SAM is a 9000 series card. I would have expected OpenArena to be running at a reasonable frame-rate on the SAM.

Does anyone have any specs for the Radeon M9 so that we can compare it to other cards? Also, can you please check if something is spitting out debug information while you're playing the game ("dumpdebugbuffer ram:log.txt"); there shouldn't be, but that would slow things down.

ahum... The last email I received from you was in 19th july 2006, about integrating amigaos/morphos changes to mplayer svn (which I think isn't a good idea when they are intrusive). And since I have no spam filter at ISP level, I highly doubt I could have missed a mail if you really sent it.

Just for your information and to stop weird rumours you seem to spread, the sources are obviously available (at least on request, if they aren't uploaded to my website), since I usually avoid to violate licenses.

That said, it would need more than a mere recompilation to make it compile or work: some MUI4 bits would have to be removed (for the GUI), and for MPlayer core/drivers, some MorphOS Blanker, Process, Dos64, Intuition, CgxVideo and CGX extensions are used, so it would require some adaptations there too (if possible).

I have found :)

System calls use interfaces under OS4 : an interface is a structure and an array of function pointers. The offset to call a function is equal to the entry index added by the structure size (58 rouded to 60 due to alignment).

Whenever i try to plug a usb thing on the front of my case i get the same meesage by the workbench saying this: hub driver was unable to add the attached device.

Anyone knows why it wont work? It works if i put it in the usb on the back.

Excellent news and thanks for doing that.

Any difference in performance? I know in general that the SAM and A1 may roughly be the same regards DDR mem vs CPU speed, but DU is rather CPU intensive.
