Folks
Looks like another site has cleared out their screenshots, in favour of just AOS4 ones. That is comendable (timing a bit sus) but why shouldn't we look at what our HW can do. I will offer up 2 shots of A1 933 XE running Debian/Unstable Linux using 2.6.8 kernel.

Whilst AOS4 is developing our cousin Linux is available to try out.

I know this is an AOS4 site but I want new comers to understand we do embrace other OS' and there are others already available for the HW out there.

Nice screen shot. I'm not opposed to seeing anything that runs on AmigaOne hardware.

Firfox on Amiga!?! It is here!

What site is that? I know AW only allowed OS4 shots (much to my consternation) -- but where else?

Looks like a bit of an retraction is in order.
When i logged into that site very limited
screenshoots were available.

None-the-less we have some.

It is indeed XMMS. It can use Winamp skins much
the same as AmigaAmp can albeit with some exceptions.

Have a google and a try.

cheers

@poweramiga
Debian Unstable.

If you do not understand that term please pm me.
This is an AOS site after all.

@Sister_Rita
I use them for different reasons. Linux has OpenOffice (v2) and Firefox, however, with the release of IBrowse 2.4 there isn't much that I need Firefox for.

 Re: AmigaOne Linux
What would really be interesting would be if someone could devise a way to run Linux on top of AmigaOS 4, somewhat shape-shifter-ish. Then we could run whatever Linux apps we wanted without having to exit out of OS4.
